Auckland-based Travel Advisor International (TAI) has the same mission as the other major travel advisers in the country: help travellers plan their trips to Canada.
Its main focus is to connect travellers with experts who can advise them on the best options, travel agents that can guide them to the best flights and hotels, and travel agents in Canada that will give them the best experience possible.TAI is based in New York and offers travel advice and consultations in about 70 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
Its aim is to provide a broad range of travel advice to travellers, whether they’re visiting Canada for the first time or just want to try something new.TAIs team includes senior travel experts, travel consultants, travel industry experts and an outside consultant.

TAIs director, Sarah McKeown, says she hopes the company will bring new members to New Brunswick who aren’t already active in the travel industry.
“We are trying to get them to get into the business, to start their own businesses and maybe get them out of the house and on their feet so they can travel more,” she said.TAi has about 300 employees across Canada and has more than 1,000 clients.
It offers advice on travel insurance, travel guides and travel packages.
Its first client was New York City, where it started its work in early 2016.
Since then, it has expanded to other cities, including Halifax, Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Regina.TAis staff has travelled to nearly 200 cities around the world.
“Our primary goal is to create a platform where we can provide a level of travel experience that is consistent across different destinations, but also with different levels of expertise, so that we can work with people who are from different cultures and different countries,” McKeon said.
It’s been three years since the company started operating in Canada, and it’s now looking to grow.
In 2016, it expanded into New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto and San Diego.
Its focus is on providing a broad set of travel and travel advice, but the company says it will also focus on international travel, including flights, hotels, flights and other travel packages in the coming years.TAII is also expanding into the U-TEX market, as its former Toronto office is now based in Edmonton, where the company is offering a range of online services for travellers.
The company has also launched a website, where travellers can sign up to receive email updates on all its travel services, and is offering more than 2,500 flights per month.TIAI’s clients include major airlines, such as Air Canada and WestJet, and small and mid-size carriers, such the Canadian Alliance and Atlantic Airways.
